These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you and PKMega Win when you access, register, or use the platform available at pkmegawin.net. The terms apply to all games, features, promotions, and services offered on or through PKMega Win.
By creating an account on PKMega Win, making any deposit, or participating in any game, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Each player may hold only one account on PKMega Win. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through other means — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
When registering your PKMega Win account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your real name, valid mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. You may not use a false identity, impersonate another person, or provide misleading information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your PKMega Win account credentials — including your username and password. PKMega Win will never contact you to ask for your password. - Do not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
- Use a strong, unique password for your PKMega Win account that is not used on any other platform.
- Enable any additional security features offered by PKMega Win, including two-factor authentication when available.
- Log out of your account after each session if you are using a shared device.
PKMega Win reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This is a standard practice for real money platforms in Pakistan and worldwide. Documents typically requested include a copy of your CNIC. Verification is required before processing large withdrawals or when required by our compliance processes.
All deposits on PKMega Win are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. No other payment methods are currently supported.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by PKMega Win, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits which are outside PKMega Win's control.
Deposits are credited to your PKMega Win wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact PKMega Win support via live chat with your transaction reference number.
- You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name.
- PKMega Win does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of players.
- Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support as soon as possible if you believe an error has occurred.
- PKMega Win reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before crediting large deposits.
PKMega Win processes withdrawals to the same payment methods accepted for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. All withdrawals are paid in PKR to accounts registered in the player's own name.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Standard withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 6:00 PM PKT. Requests submitted after that time are processed on the next business day. PKMega Win's target processing time for all withdrawals is within 24 hours of request.
- PKMega Win may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is standard compliance practice.
- Withdrawal requests may be subject to a review period if the account has not previously been verified or if the withdrawal amount is above a defined threshold.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
- Withdrawals will only be paid to accounts in the player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
- PKMega Win reserves the right to delay or hold a withdrawal pending investigation if fraudulent activity is suspected.

PKMega Win offers bonuses and promotional rewards to players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback promotions, tournament prizes, and VIP Club rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to these general Terms.
Unless specified otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all PKMega Win bonuses:
- Bonuses must be claimed within the specified time window after they are offered. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
- Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for PKMega Win bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the period specified in the promotion terms. Incomplete wagering results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Bonuses are for personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or assign a PKMega Win bonus to any other player.
- Multiple accounts attempting to claim the same promotion will result in all associated accounts being suspended and bonuses being forfeited.
All games available on PKMega Win are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. These general conduct rules apply to all games on the platform regardless of format.
- Players are expected to act in good faith at all times. Deliberate collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and will result in suspension.
- Using automated software, bots, or any third-party tool to assist with gameplay is strictly prohibited on PKMega Win.

PKMega Win reserves the right to void any game round if a technical error, software fault, or external factor has materially affected the fairness of that round. In such cases, stakes are returned to the players involved. PKMega Win's decision in disputed game outcomes is final.
Players at live dealer tables on PKMega Win are subject to the same conduct rules as those in digital game rooms. The dealer's decision — confirmed by the PKMega Win system — is final in all live game disputes.

PKMega Win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
- Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity involving the account.
- Collusion, use of bots, exploitation of software errors, or any other form of cheating.
- Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers, including multi-accounting to claim the same promotion.
- Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player against PKMega Win through their bank or payment provider.
When an account is suspended pending investigation, PKMega Win will contact the player via their registered email within 48 hours with details of the reason and the process for resolution. If the account is permanently closed due to a breach, balances may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. PKMega Win's decision in enforcement matters is final.
PKMega Win collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account on PKMega Win, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Players are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use PKMega Win for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
